Pixelate faces in a video

Upload the video to iwant.video, choose Faces, click Make a free preview, and pay $10. Each face found is covered with a flat pixel mosaic in every frame. Of the two styles, mosaic hides the most. A very small or turned-away face can be missed; the preview is where you check.

A mosaic that fully covers

Blocks of one flat color replace the face rather than softening it. The blocks scale with the picture, about 20 pixels across at 1280 wide and 60 at 4K.

What it can miss

A face that is very small or turned well away. If one shows through in the preview, try Whole people.

Questions about pixelating faces

Is pixelating or blurring better for hiding a face?
A coarse mosaic hides more than a light blur, which can leave enough to recognize someone. Mosaic is the default here.
Can a pixelated face be unblurred?
The blocks replace the face in the finished file, so the detail is not in it. Keep the original private if that matters.
