Privacy
iwant.video collects your video, the options you choose and the email you give at checkout. Nothing else. The video is encrypted end to end, processed by us in secure cloud environments, deleted after two days, and never used for training or shared.
What we collect
- The video you upload.
- The options you choose, including any words to bleep.
- The email address you give at checkout.
- A record of each run: the file name and size, the options, the outcome, and the payment and refund ids.
- Card details go to the payment provider and never reach iwant.video.
What we do not collect
No account, no password, no analytics, no advertising. We do not use your video to train anything, and we do not sell or share it.
What we do with the video
Make the preview you asked for and, if you pay, the censored copy. Nothing else.
How long we keep it
- Your upload: deleted two days after it arrives, whether or not you paid.
- The censored copy: the download link works for two days after the run, then the file is deleted.
- Your email address: two days with the run, and in the mail we sent you.
- The run record: 90 days, for refunds and support. It holds no video.
- Payment records: kept by the payment provider for as long as tax law requires.
Who else touches it
ffrwd, the video processing service we make, does the censoring. The payment provider handles your card and sends the receipt. Our email provider sends the download link. Each sees only what it needs for that job.
The page font is loaded from rsms.me, which sees the request like any web server.
Cookies
iwant.video sets none. The embedded checkout is the payment provider’s and may set its own.
Your rights
Email hello@iwant.video to see or delete what we hold about a run; give the email address you used at checkout. If you are in the EU, the UK or California, the law gives you these rights by name, and we honor them the same way for everyone.
Children
The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect anything from a child; write to us if you think we have, and we will delete it.
Legal requests
We answer valid, properly scoped legal requests and push back on overbroad ones. We report what the law requires us to report.
What you are responsible for
Detection can miss things. Review the finished video against your own policy; iwant.video promises no compliance with any regulation.
Changes
The date at the foot of this page is when it last changed. A change that matters is noted here.
