Terms of service
Using iwant.video means agreeing to these terms. They are short: you upload video you have the right to process, we censor it for $10, and neither of us promises more than that.
Who may use it
You must be an adult, 18 or older, and able to enter a contract.
What it does
It blurs faces, whole people and license plates and bleeps typed words in one video, for $10 per video, up to six hours and 5 GB. A free preview comes first. There is no account.
What you may upload
Video you own or are authorized to process, and nothing that is unlawful where it was made or where it will be seen. We may refuse or stop a run for any reason, and we answer valid legal requests as the privacy page says.
Payment
$10 per video, once, by card, in the checkout on the page. The payment provider takes the card; we never see it. Each video is its own $10.
Refunds
A run is tried up to three times. If every attempt fails, the $10 is refunded automatically. A run that finished is not refunded because detection missed something; the free preview is where you check. Anything else, write to us.
Your video stays yours
You keep every right to what you upload. You give us permission to store and process it only to make your preview and your censored copy. We do not use it to train anything and never share it.
What we do not promise
That every face, person, plate or word is caught. Small or turned-away faces, plates in glare and mumbled words can be missed, and a determined person with the original footage or other information may still identify someone. Check the preview and watch the finished video before you share it.
That the result meets any law or regulation. Whether it does is your call and your responsibility.
That the service is always up. It runs on cloud providers we do not control.
Liability
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for lost profits or for indirect or consequential damage, and our total liability for anything to do with a run is the $10 you paid for it, where the law allows such a limit.
Ending it
Stop using the page and that is that. Your upload is deleted two days after it arrives either way.
Changes
The date at the foot of this page is when these terms last changed. Using the service after a change means accepting it.
